Art of Student Teaching Spring 2021
The Art of Student Teaching is an exhibition of works created by the K-12 students of Tyler Art Education Student Teachers. For years, the exhibition has been held at the end of the Student Teaching semester at the Tyler School of Art and Architecture’s Stella Elkins Gallery. This year, The Art of Student Teaching exhibition will be held through Tyler’s virtual STELLA gallery. The exhibition is widely attended by cooperating teachers, by student artists and their families, and friends and family of student teachers. In addition to being an archival display of student work, the show provides a valuable resource to art educators who gain from the show inspiration in their own teaching roles. This is also a great opportunity to gain insight into the realities of virtual learning and teaching
