My work illustrates my experience with gender and the trials and tribulations of identity. I have conveyed identities through clothing, space, and even food. Every piece has had an impact on my journey, and continues to do so as I view them. This series looks back on the past four years of my art in a range of mediums. There are moments of exploration, fluidity, structure, failure, and discovery. It's important to me that my work is candid, because the human experience isn't perfect by any means. The goal of this series is to give an inside look on how I've navigated my identity, and to open the doors to how viewers may explore their identity themselves.
