What are you doing now (life, work, grad school) and how did your time at Tyler help you prepare?
I am working at Temple Rome doing the communications for the campus. Tyler helped me prepare in many ways. First, Tyler promoted study abroad in Rome since my freshman year and I knew I wanted to come here. I wouldn’t be here without that encouragement. Second, I use the skills I learned at Tyler everyday to do graphic design as well as verbal/written communications.
What are you most proud of in your life or work today?
I still think about some of the interactions with students and faculty at Tyler that “looked down upon” visual studies, so this inspired my peers and me to create a more concrete VS community and relay these thoughts to the department in hopes to create more equality throughout Tyler programs (which I think has happened!!).
